Mt Eden Volcano Walk up to see the stunning 360° views of Auckland. With harbours on both sides and many volcanic cones visible we are sure you will be amazed at the surroundings! Approximately 50 minutes easy walk to the top from our home.
Cafes and Restaurants A large selection of places to eat at the top and bottom of our road. We are sure you will not go hungry! Excellent Craft Brew houses are even within walking distance or a short Uber ride.
Eden Park If you are staying to watch a match then we are only a short walk to this famous stadium.
Viaduct Basin Visit the viaduct basin with all the restaurants and nightlife. See where the Americas Cup has been held.
Beaches and Parks Visit our wonderful east and west coast beaches. Explore Auckland's many parks. Self driving is the best option for this. A 40 minute ferry ride to Waiheke Island is a great day with many walks, wineries and restaurants.
Cultural Centres Visit the amazing Auckland Museum and Art Gallery. There are many other excellent galleries to see.

View from the top of Mt Eden/Maungawhau. This is the largest of the 50 volcanoes in the Auckland area and only a 50 minute walk to the top from our home. It gives you a magnificant view of the Auckland area!
